Hiring/ canceling an agreement

Ok idk how to start... really need help or advice. My gf is Austrian and she had born there ...

She like has not much money and I live in other country ... support her much but its very difficult... either other situation which making it very complex... so she signed a contract and only now because she didn't listed to me .... she realize that she can't hold everything and idk on help her goes much money ....

But not the case

Is it possible to cancel contract if she signed it for 3 years with the boss of the appartement???

She is living in this appartement for 2-3 weeks.

I really need answer is it possible to cancel this agreement???

Either will be nice if someone could advise smth ....

Further have question if some know more about if she will come to live in NL how it will be fir here and what and how difficult ot will be if to move from there to here?
