English speaking Doctor/Dentist recommendations in/near San Juan?

I was hoping for some good english speaking doctor recommendations that do not have much of a wait time in or near San Juan. Looking for all types: Eye doctors, Dentist, primary physician, dermatologist, etc.

Dentist: Dr. Carlos Munoz Riera GREAT!! 787-725 5985.. they all speak english in the office and he is delightful! right off the highway .. there is alwasy parking and he takes and keeps appts.

Dr.s are a BIG problem here: they might take an appointment but the rule is first come first serve: you sign a list and will be given priority IF You have an appt. but you will still wait for hours.
see if anyone knows anyone in the Isla Verde area.
Presby hospital in Condado has an urgent care center... NOT the emergency room... it's a great service... site is in English and Spanish and they can recommend MD's to you as well. http://www.presbypr.com/en-us/inicio.aspx
