MiniMed enrollment?

Hello all, apologies if this has been asked before but I did search and didn't see anything --

I'll be arriving in Panama on August 1. I've been reading about MiniMed and especially the "expat membership" and would really like to have an enrollment in place when I arrive. But I haven't been able to get in touch with them, via the website or email or Whatsapp. (My Whatsapp has been saying "Se ha asignado un agente para atender su solicitud" for 15+ minutes. For a moment it looked like someone was typing but then it stopped.)

I haven't tried live phone yet because I'm insecure about my Spanish skills. I can always bite the bullet and try, but I thought I'd ask here first.  Does anyone have any clues on how to successfuly enroll long-distance? Or do I need to wait till I arrive and go somewhere in person?
