If I have video surveillance of my property in Panama, is that admissible in court?

Good morning Yoginee, thanks for your response.

My question is regarding the installation of a ring doorbell camera or other surveillance of my property.  If a crime is captured (break in, car theft, vandalism), not that I want to paint a negative picture of my expectations,  can I show the video as proof first to the police and then have it used in court or is it not admissible?  Under what circumstances is it admissible?

GuestPoster356

Yes, it is admissible

GuestPoster356

Regardless of any "clarifications" any other member is asking for, home video recordings ARE admissible as evidence in Panamanian courts

Thank you for your response Ricardoeva1!!
