Process is ridiculous as are the interest rates. As an expat its very hard to get financing. Private lenders and dealers charge 30% and up!!! Dont finance.

Planner is right you do not want to get in to that can of worms with auto financing.

Well my husband is Dominican does that make a difference? If he tries to get the car?

If he lives here, then yes it may be easier but still interest rates are high.
If you are looking for a new car then a few times a year they have a "car sale" sponsored by various banks and rates are better during these events.
