Mature female expat artist needs long-term rental beg Sept or Oct

A most responsible, quiet, friendly lady in process of obtaining pensionado residency, with a very small & well-behaved older dog, seeks a secure 2-3BR home in Heredia. Must have close access to public transportation, as I have no car. I do not need furnished except for kitchen appliances & washing machine. Must NOT have a 'suicide shower' & need screens on windows & doors & ceiling fans.

I would like to be close to the city but surrounded by nature, & access to a pool would be ideal. I am looking for a reasonable rent (around $500) for this very trustworthy tenant. I am currently living in Atenas but wish to live closer to SJ for access to city culture. Once I've found the right place to live I have no interest in moving again.

I am looking for a rental beginning Sept or Oct & might also be interested in a rent-to-buy option.
