VNPT blocking this website?

My ip address was blocked for a while, so I used a VPNn (Cyberghost) to get around it.

Me too I cannot access any website on VPNT Is there something going wrong?

The post above yours suggests a technical issue rather than censorship.
I keep an eye on the Vietnam section, seeing nothing on there that would upset the Vietnamese government enough to block the site.

Can you try to access it and let me know if it works for you (And your ISP)?

To by pass this, yes VPN is one way. Changing ISP is another, etc...

Whereas it works well with Viettel.
Might be some blocks from VNPT I suppose.

Drop a message to VNPT they should be able to give you the exact reason for the block.
