The rent in Đà Nẵng (For instance) can vary greatly, depending upon whether you are wanting to live in the tourist bubble area near the ocean beach or on the other side of town near the shore of the bay. The same exact house can often rent for 10 to 15 million more Vietnam dong at the beach.

I am currently living in a heavily Korean populated area of Ho Chi Minh City. If you are coming for work I am assuming you may be in District 7 or District 2. The prices vary widely but would also depend on the specific building and specific area. For example in my area the price of a 2 bedroom apartment is about 30 million and up and a 1 bedroom now about 24 mil and up. You can find much, much more affordable but depends on what you want and the amenities.
