   Hi, I am looking to purchase medical Insurance any recommendations would be appreciated,

There was a very recent thread regarding precisely that, here.

Also not know Vietnamese too well anyone know what's good for a sore throat?

Please don't view this as medical advise. It's simply what I do, and then only on the rare occasion where I'm seeking pharmaceutical products.

Describe my symptom(s) to a pharmacist. Receive 5 or 6 different medications(!). Pay the pharmacist (it is always extremely inexpensive. extremely!). Rush home and research what I got in my "surprise pack" of pills from the pharmacist-turned-doctor. Discard what I don't want to take.

Antibiotic meds are handed out here like candy. Every time I've gone to a "Nha Thuoc" (pharmacy) I always seem to come away with some.

I think its the humidty and coolness coming  in /out and in/out  of the house will doit..Fan helps No AIRCON
