TRC and work

Hello. I'm married to a Vietnamese woman. We want to move to Vietnam where I will be able to get a TT visa and a TRC based on it.

As a husband of a Vietnamese woman, can I work in Vietnam? Do I need to get a work permit or anything else for working officially in Vietnam?

Lawfully yes, just 2 conditions: 1:  Never ask for Tourist Visa;  and 2), Human Resources only needs to send a sort of letter/template to the Labor Authority (called DoLISA) informing you will work with them...  DoLiSA just as a formality will respond with a letter of approval and just then you can start to work.
