Hi. It would be helpful to give us some personal information to give us an idea about the physical situation regarding the injury and the training needed. I assume you are from India based on the Indian flag when I put the cursor over your profile. I also assume you are a man since your name is Suvrat. It also looks like you were planning to live somewhere along the Sukhumvit line of the BTS on either side, but close to Siam Interchange station. However, that was over 9 months ago and you never gave an update on where you finally decided to live. Also, it would be helpful to know if you still need a trainer or if your injury has healed either completely or partially or gotten worse.
