Can i get one more tourist visa?

Alex Lapa

Hi. I'm Alex. I'm living in Thai almost 2 year. At first i lived as tourist for 3 months.
Then i got a student visa for 1 year. After student visa i made double entry tourist visa. I lived as a tourist last 6 months.
Do you know is it possible to get one tourist visa, but single entry? Do you know how many times it's possible to get a tourist visa?
Can they refuse to give a visa? If they won't give one more visa, will they put some marks in passport that they refused to give a visa?
I'd be grateful for information.
Thanks.

Hi Alex
Since intro of Multi-entry tourist visa(November) you will only get single entry TV in the region. Nothing to stop you applying for a new one in Laos for example. Whether they refuse you, which they can, is down to consulate staff.
I don't think there is an exact amount of visas they will issue, but you have had a pretty good run ED + TV's, perhaps Thai Immigration might ask you a few questions on entry(even with valid visa).
As long as you are legal you won't get any entries on your passport if refused.
