New scam at NAIA.

Rammers

For anyone arriving at Manila Airport the Shuttel-Bus Service between terminals has been suspended.
Instead they are offering a car service at one's own cost.
For a transfer between Terminal2 and Terminal 3, we were told the cost would be 1500 Pesos for Two people. Quickly reduced to 850 pesos after protest.
850 Pesos for a 75 Peso Taxi Ride.???
Anyone needing to change Terminals, should not go near the old Shuttel-Bus facility, but straight to the yellow Taxi stand.

It does not matter. They can close this airport soon, nobody arriving anyway.
