I'm Chinese Malaysian, currently work for property development(sales & marketing) company in Kuala Lumpur. Frequently travel within KlangValley area because love the food here.

Europe developer based at Kuala Lumpur.

Sorry I've never heard of them. I know some of the others as I've bought quite a few apartments in KL over the past seventeen years, but never heard of Europe Developer. Are they building residential properties or other projects?

For anyone thinking of purchasing a new development from a Developer, I strongly suggest doing a background check on the company before investing any money.This includes speaking with the loans manager at your bank who will likely give advice. In fact, my preference has always been to only buy from well established and reputable Developers.

Oh yes. Your link shows they are from Russia and active in Malaysia. Are they a Russian company and which Malaysian partner are they working with?

ya.Russia developer company..project 100% fund by us.Last time just got sales partner.Now we do our self since project almost complete.
