You should start checking what "walk-in" interviews are available.

But do be aware that if there are Malaysians who apply and are qualified they will be hired. Foreigners are only hired when local candidates are not available.

If you get a job offer, you have to leave Malaysia while it is processed and then enter on a Visa with Reference and a Visa Approval Letter.

Can i ask if i need to go back to my origin country while waiting for a work visa approval will it matter if I will come in different country when its already approve?

You have to decide where you will get your Visa with Reference for employment entry when the company processes the application to immigration.

You don't have to be in Pakistan, but the appication process can take about one month in total. i.e. 2-3 weeks for Visa Approval Letter and then your visit (or application through official agent) to get the SEV from Malaysian consulate or high commission.
