Blank pages requirement for Malaysian EP

Hi There,

For Malaysian EP, the checklist says that the passport must have at least six consecutive blank pages. Now I dont have six consecutive blank pages, but I have six blank pages scattered. Has any one faced this situation before? will they reject it? I have enough validity and total 7 blank pages.

I had to go to my embassy and have pages added.

So it means you were really turned away due to this seemingly unreasonable rule? When did it happen, was it MDEC?

Why on earth u need 6 consecutive pages, why
