Hi, I have a house for rent in CIlandak Green Hill, Margasatwa raya , 3 bedrooms, AC, water heater. I am now working overseas, but my family can show you a house if you are interested to see.

Indonesia uses the Rupiah, and it's illegal do do any internal transactions in any other currency, so your offer breaks local law.
UU7/2011 is very clear on this point.

Apart from that, the price is crazy. That works out at over Rp16 million per month, but you could easily rent a good house in a guarded estate for in many places for 30 million/year or less.
Instead of spending that daft amount of money, I'd live slightly further out and commute.
This address is very near Jl Tol Lkr luar, so a commute from anywhere on the toll and this place would be easy, and save a fortune.
