Why I can't post my picture?

Hello,

I want to add more picture of my travel picture
I tried many times to up load, but always failed.
even I already decreased the size into minimum size

Can you help me how to add picture in here?

First I was uploading my real picture, because I thought it would be nice if you can see the large view of place we visited.

then, I try to reduce the file by using photoshop, and become 369 KB, but still didn't work.
