Make sure you are not eating too late at night and then you have a balanced diet. Drink warm milk before bed. Try not sleeping too early to start with if you are a light sleeper, instead go to sleep when you are actually feeling very sleepy. Reading can help that at night.

If you wake up then eat something light to give your body something to do and get out of bed and do something else. After a while you will feel tired and you will get back to sleep.
Insomnia is annoying thats for sure. But it does go.

Chammomile tea and pepermint tea work the best! also exercise helps a lot..

If you aren't married, I suggest a cold shower after a very long walk.

Never drink green tea, jasmine tea, black tea or coffee after 5 pm. Caffeine.

I usually read, it's a good method. If that doesnt work, I'd put on a boring TV program and set the self-timer to turn it off.

Hello! My suggestions:
- no tea, coffee or chocolate from late afternoon
- play slow and soft music before bed, or even put yourself to sleep with the music
- play some white noise to help you sleep (can be easily found on youtube)
- if you still can't sleep and find yourself just lying in bed awake, open and close your eyes very quick for about a minute (or more if needed), tired eyes help you go to sleep very much!
