Hungarian Expat in Indonesia

Hi everyone!

My name is Zoltan, a Hungarian expat living in Tangerang for almost a year now. I came to Indonesia following my heart — my wife is Indonesian and we have a young son together, so this country has become my real home.

Professionally I have a background in international B2B sales and business development, and I'm currently involved in timber export consulting and also teaching English to children at a local school.

Outside of work I'm a musician — I play guitar, saxophone and flute — so if anyone is looking for a jam session, I'm in!

I'm still learning Bahasa Indonesia (basic level for now!) but I find the culture, the people and the energy here truly wonderful. Happy to connect with fellow expats in the Jakarta/Tangerang area.
