Advice for China? I have been living here 20+ years. Stop worrying about your precious health and get out there and live. If your constitution is sound, you'll do fine here---indeed anywhere. If not, well, "Siegen oder untergehen." There are still 7,999,999,999 others out there just like you. With life expectency 80+ just about everywhere, whinging about health tattoos "Milquetoast" across your broad Ami backside in neon letters.

Yes, and thanks for the new word.

I see this health rubbish all the time here. There are banners outside my community place right now about heart attacks, cancer, and gawd knows what.

They all share the same thing - The hospital is making money out of idiots who will die of something stress related because they worry too much about total crap.
