Looking for a english speaking nanny

My Filipina nanny/tutor just left the country -- a bit unexpectedly actually. Apparently, she is really not coming back to Cambodia. So, I am looking for a new one now. I am looking for someone literate and English-speaking. My kids are trying to pick up the alphabet these days. So, I need someone to challenge them in this. Also, the idea is to continue the swimming session once a week, and long walks to the playground, several times per week, while chatting in English.

my girl friend works in thai as a nanny.  We would like to live together here.  What is the top dollar she can earn here as a nanny.  she needs the same money to change jobs  **
