Hi guys, what is a good salary estimate for a manager working in a multinational firm based in Phnom Penh so that I can send 1 child to an English speaking kindergarten and still live properly (not luxurious) and not paycheck-to-paycheck? I heard international kindergartens can be super expensive (perhaps for the top tier expats).  Are there other English speaking kindergartens that can be afforded by regular expats (manager level, not C level nor directors)?
