copy of my birth certificate

Hello lovely Zimbo's

I was born in Chiredzi and have travelled extensively over the years. I now find myself needing a copy of my birth certificate and have no idea where it is or how to get a copy of one from Zim. I am currently in the UK but possibly in Zim later this year. Does anyone have any advice about how I get this please?
