**The office of the registrar now requires an Authority Letter authorising someone in Zimbabwe to apply for a copy of a birth certificate on bahalf of another. This also applies to all legal documents such as marriage certificates etc. The Letter of Authority should have a stamp from a Zimbabwean embassy in one's current location.**
And the normal requirements:
(1) correct full names
(2) correct date of birth
(3) correct place of birth
(4) correct maternity hospital
