I would like to relocate to Lagos

Hi everyone,

​My name is Valérie. After over 25 years working in the culinary and food service industry across France and Quebec (focusing on kitchen management, large-scale production, and strict food safety standards), I am embarking on an exciting new chapter.

​I am deeply drawn to the energy and culture of Anglophone Africa, with Lagos at the top of my list. I am currently planning an initial scouting trip to explore the city, connect with local professionals in the hospitality and culinary sectors, and build a network on the ground.

​My long-term goal is to relocate to Lagos. I am open to job opportunities, culinary consulting, or partnerships with restaurants, boutique hotels, or hospitality groups that can sponsor international talent. Alongside my passion for cooking, I am also an active screenwriter and video creator, which makes Lagos’s vibrant creative scene a perfect fit for me.
