Struggling to Connect.

I've been in Lagos for a while now and one thing I noticed, at work everyone is nice but outside work, it's hard to make real friends!

Most people stick to their own group, and as an expat, it's easy to feel what you're passing through. Even when you want to stay and connect.

For those who have been here longer, how did you make your first real Nigerian friends?

I like small hangouts, food spots and talking about everyday Lagos life. Not just work talk. Open to meeting genuine people around Lagos.

How did you break the ice? Any advice for someone who doesn't want to feel like a tourist forever?

Would love to hear your story.
