Irish woman marrying Moroccan man

AoifeFifa

Hi,
I’ve just joined this website as I really need some help.
I am from Ireland and I am engaged to a Moroccan man.
My fiancé is now living in Dubai and I am moving there to join him in August and to start my new job.

We want to get married before I move to Dubai as we want to live together.

Although I am from Ireland, I have been living and working  in the UK for the last 9 years. I’ve recently moved back to Ireland (in April) to spend time with my family before moving to Dubai.

I don’t even know where to start with the paper work and could really do with your help.
My fiancé is going home to Morocco on holiday in July and I am meeting him there. He will spend 1 month there and I will spend 3 weeks.
We would like to get married then.

Is this possible if I prepare as much as I can before we go?

PLEASE HELP, I would be so very grateful for any advice and feedback.

I heard that you need a criminal record from your country. The paperwork can take time, maybe you need to be ready to stay longer.

Yes I have one from my own country and one from England as I lived there for 9 years. I’m just wondering now if 3.5 weeks is enough time to get everything done.
Thank you for your reply 😊
