Marriage/divorce from a Moroccan with British women

Aco111

Hey, I'm looking for some advice please from people with experience,  thanks

I married my husband in Spain, then we moved to Morocco and done the Moroccan paperwork in the Moroccan embassy before leaving Spain. They are Moroccan marriage papers

Am I able to divorce via the Moroccan courts?

I would like to know the best way to approach this as he will not sign papers and I do not have his address

I undertake that it is possible through the Moroccan courts without his consent. Please help me to understand the steps.

Many thanks

I can give you a contact detail of a person who might be able to assist you with your matter if you prefer as he is from Marrakesh and speaks english and could possibly lend you a helping hand or can you put you in a right direction.

Usually, you must divorce where you got married. If you got married in Spain, you have to divorce in Spain.

I assume what you have is just the legalization and translation of the Spanish marriage papers to Arabic or French from the Moroccan embassy?
