Air b n b registered with Tourism

tashwilmot

As part of my Premium visa application I must show accommodation on arrival  ( while we search for a home to rent) in a hotel, bed and breakfast or Air b n b that is registered with the islands tourism enterprise.  We would prefer air b n b / self catering.  If anyone has one or knows of one in the west coast area, please let me know.  Thank you

I'm intrigued by the detail you said "registered with the islands tourism"
How would you know as a renter if it is registered or not?
What if you were using a friends/relatives place. Or even just stopping with family?

If you are applying for a Premium visa you have to either show a lease for a house which you are then going to rent - so does tourisim does not apply to this.  If you are are going to say stay in a hotel or Air b n b while looking for a house to rent, this has to be registered with Tourisim.
