Residence permit for spouse of Mauritian citizen

Hi everyone needs your guide I married to Mauritian citizen in 2018. we married in Dubai because I'm living permanently here and I'm from Pakistan, now I need to apply for a Mauritian residence for me I'm not getting online much info on how to submit an application internationally and can only my wife go back a submit it the application or I should come to submit the application ??

Or are there any agents or law firm I should sign??
