Hi i was advised to write my query on the forum to have a advise on my situation. Actually im Mauritius Citizen and my boyfriend is from Germany. Can you please guide us how to apply for a job here for my boyfriendand the procedure for the visa.He has a degree in Business Admin and International Hospitality Management maybe that would help to suggest any interesting opportunity. We are not planning to get married sooner and spouse visa is not an option.

Hope you are doing fine. During these difficult times, finding a job will be "tedious". He needs a permit to work and live here (either work permit or occupation permit). The formalities should be done by the employer. So, it is important to find a job prior to coming here.

For the time being, it would be wise to build up his professional network on internet (LinkedIn), it might open a door.

Also, try to enquire from recommended recruitment agencies if there are any opportunities at the moment and feel free to suggest your boyfriend to drop an advert in the Jobs in Mauritius section.
