My parents managed to download books no problem in Mauritius. I thought you couldn't, so now I'm going to get one.

I have never had any problem to download anything while living in Mauritius, maybe sometime difficult due to the slow connection but no websites are blocked over there on the contrary to Middle East where I live now!
