An interesting segmented approach to charging, will electricity be next?

"The revised regulations came into operation with retrospective effect from 1 August 2026. Under these regulations, properties falling under an Integrated Resort Scheme (IRS), Property Development Scheme (PDS), Real Estate Scheme (RES) or Smart City Scheme are classified by the CWA as “Premium Consumers.” For properties falling under this classification, the applicable CWA Premium Consumer tariff (Tariff 93) is Rs 60 per m³ , compared with the previous tariff of Rs 34 per m³."

CEB already increased since Apr. But I was told there will be further increments, not sure if that's true.

I do not have a pool. I guess that's the reason I have been paying Rs55/month. I think it's more than fair for how much CWA charing. I really don't mind if they charge for more. But I also understand those who always suffer from water suspension and do not want to pay anything extra.
