Apartment to rent as from begining of May 2012

Hi,

I currently live and rent an apartment in Flic en Flac but intends to relocate by the end of April. I'm looking for a new tenant for my landlord who is not in Mauritius. The apartment has two bedrooms with two bathrooms (one per room), large living room and kitchen.
The apartment is fully furnished and is part of a quiet residential complex with garden, pool and parking facilities. One great aspect of this apartment is the nice view overlooking Flic en Flac from the terrace. The rent is 10000Rs / month excluding charges. The fact that I am looking for a new tenant for my landlord is that I have contracted a subscription to satellite TV channels that I can not cancel. The idea would be that the new tenant retake the contract for the satellite TV channels and also the ISP contract.
The apartment is in good condition and could easily be rented between 15000 and 20000 Rs. So at 10000 Rs it's a bargain!

Hi I'm very interested in your offer I'm arriving in Mauritius on the 10th of April and will be needing a place to rent as of May 1st. Do you have a lease on the apartment and for how long? If I understand correctly you are subletting, will the lease remain in your name? I don't know how it works there. Also your subscripiIon with satellite is for how long? What is the monthly fee? What will one expect to spend on top of the $10000 rental fee?Please send me as much detail as possible on cost.
