mauritian expat, medic but not practicing in mru. I suggest your best bet, if you are already in mru to go around the big pharmacies in portlouis with the medicine leaflet and directly asking the pharmacist about availability. Otherwise I would suggest to bring a supply from India with attached medical prescription if you are challenged at customs.

Don't waste your time about emailing, they never reply.

Good day, I'm not from India, I'm South African.

One expat has already sent me a list of medicines available in Mauritius and another has supplied the email addresses of the major pharmaceutical firms there.
