Hello. Yes all documents need to be Apostilled. You will need to inquire about the process in your home country

Your documents need to be attested/certified, as true copies of the originals, in your own country by an official (who is designated in my country, South Africa, as a Commissioner of Oaths, not sure what the designation is in India or other countries).

It's usually the same official before whom one has an affidavit signed.

Check with your police or a local lawyer.

Hello.

Please contact the Indian Embassy in Mauritus -- if you are currently in Mauritius and have all the originals. They may be able to help you.

Best wishes.

I wasnt asked for any attestation when I applied for my permit.

If your birth certificate is digitized then it also has QR code for verification and then in that case there's no point in attesting it. Then can just scan the QR and verify authenticity.

For my degrees I just carried the original to my EBD appointment but this was over 2 years ago
