Experienced Expat already living in Ivory Coast

Dee Jay Survival

Hey all, to those who've just moved here, Welcome 🤗 to Ivory Coast. Soyez les bienvenus dans la Côte d'Ivoire.

Well, I've been living and working here for almost three years and have traveled (personally drove company cars and Trucks) to Bouaké, Yamoussoukro, San Pedro, Daloa etc just to mention a few amongst other cities. This is just to say I know Côté d'Ivoire on above average basis.

I speak French on a daily basis because that's the official language here. Hopefully, I learnt to read and write in 8 months before getting a job at FedEx CI, Marcory. Oh I learnt without a teacher by the way 😁 and no school. (I'm a fast learner).

I got the chance to teach some of my work colleagues English because I have 4 years teaching experience before moving here. So, I am legally living in the country with current documents hence employed as Assistant Opérations manager of transport and route agent supervisor.

I speak Polish, English of course, Italiano and Yoruba. I work at Marcory zone 4 on the VGE but lives at Yopougon Lubafrique.

I work only on week days Mon-Fri and off on weekends unless there's a delivery 🚚 journey outside Abidjan. So I'm mostly free on weekends.

I would like to meet new people, socialize and connect and even do business. So if there are Expat here looking for a bilingual person as a driver, show around, hangout with etc, I'm available on part-time ☺️ which is weekends. If you can pay me well, I'll be all yours in full time 😁. That's just by the way, however, I'm really open and keeping my fingers crossed until I hear from anybody interested to link up.

Oh by the way FedEx is currently looking for motor riders who know Abidjan and it's environs and have Ivorian permit or license please. So pass the news on or hit me up if you're good 😊.

Thank you all for reading and stay safe.
