We want to retire to Hurghada

We are a British couple late 60s who live in Northern Cyprus. We want to retire to hurghada. We need to get a retirement visa, is there an agency who can do this for us. We also will need to open a bank account, which bank is best.Appreciate any help at all about anything, also is there a good ex pat community Many thanks Sandy and Paul
