Where to get family membershipcard for Al Rehab club?

Can anyone tell me where to buy the membership card for Al Rehab sportsclub and what papers do you need to show? And what are the yearly costs? Are there also cards for one month only? ( the tel number on their website isn't working..) and at the club they can't tell me..??!!

go to the administration building next to the entrance on Omar Ibn Al-Khattab street.you will need proof of residence in Al Rehab. The cost was/is 1100 LE for the initial fee + 400 LE per year per person or 750 LE for the family. Not sure if the fees are still the same but it shouldn't be much more than that.
