PO Box in Cairo

I need advice regarding getting a PO Box in October 6. Is that the only option for getting mail?

most of people don't use regular mail any more and if it's for mail orders use Aramex or any professional shipping companies

Thanks for responding. I have to have a mailing address to give to Social Security in the States. I'm told that the post will not usually deliver to my apartment building if it is in English or from the States they tend to just throw it away. Don't know what to do.
