2. Cost of a one bedroom apt in nice area?
3. What type of visa would I need to stay 1 to 6 months?

I am Eng. Ahmed ElMashad currently living in Cairo,Egypt
1) most famous place is Maadi in Cairo
2) if rent it would probably cost 147-176 US dollars converted from egp.
3)about the visa not quite sure.
4) yes there is an expat retirement community in Egypt.
5)there is a lot of vegan restaurants in Egypt actually my sister is a vegan too.
