Certified diving school

If you are in the north, then you should check out the Maritim Dive Center at the Maritim Hotel in Balaclava.  The guy (Vikash) who runs it is fantastic as are his staff.  They are a PADI certified dive center and place a very strong emphasis on safety.  You won't be disappointed if you go with them.
