Offered job as physician in Doha – is it a scam?

I received these email, see below.

There is a hospital with the name of Al-Ahli Hospital, but the sender’s email address was: Al-Ahli Hospital <ciara.pooley012@outlook.com>, which does not look correct. Who is Ciara Pooley?

In later conversations, this email address was used: conctact@al-ahlihospitals.com, which also seems to be incorrect since the emails to the hospital, according to its  homepage, ends with @ahlihospital.com (not @al-ahlihospitals.com).

Also I received an email from the person who should organise the travel. His email is: contact@qatarmofa.org, but emails to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs ends with  @[link moderated]

None of the email addresses are personal.

I suspect these emails below are fake. Anyone who can support my suspicions?

You shall only work Mondays to Thursdays between the hours of 8 am to 3 pm and 9 am to 12 pm on Friday and Saturdays. You shall also be entitled to 7 days off for every 3 months and you can spend the time off anywhere you wish. As previously stated, we are offering you a 3 bedroom serviced apartment and that includes a housekeeper that will help and take care of things for you.

You are entitled to free Medical Care for you and family members of that will live with you in Qatar.

We are also offering you a comprehensive insurance cover. We are also giving you an official car and a driver to make movement easier for you. Your tax is 4.5% of your salary but our hospital will pay your tax in accordance with our corporate policy.

You are also entitled to 1 month paid vacation with vacation allowance. We do have procedures on how things are done in Qatar. The next thing is for you to come to Doha for a 3 days visit, this visit would be an opportunity for us to meet and know each other, you will also see our hospital and facilities, you shall also get to meet our other Medical personnel and use the opportunity to start the processing of your Qatar Practice License without which you cannot legally Practice in Qatar, We shall also conclude discussions on everything including your start date. It is important for you to know that your visit will be processed directly with the State Of Qatar Ministry Of Foreign Affairs through their accredited and endorsed Travel Consultant and you will be entitled to specially discounted flight and hotel accommodation fees. I shall however reimburse all fees you paid when you arrive Doha since we are not allowed to directly pay for it because it is against our Qatar Labor laws with regards to International Recruitment. The Travel Consultant will book your Flights, arrange your hotel accommodation and will also come to the airport to pick you up on arrival. Is it possible for you to be in Doha on the 22nd to 25th of February for the visit?
