Looking for advice please. We are considering moving to Spain as I've recently retired. We've narrowed our search to the Murcia coastal region.
We are considering buying a new build property.
I would appreciate some advice please on the following:

Do New build properties in the area retain their values?

As we are looking to split our time between Spain & the UK do Villas rent out easily in the coastal areas?

Which area of the Murcia Coast would you recommend?

We have not yet moved there (next year), but I would suggest doing some research on problems (and, occasionally, benefits) with new builds. Also, if you haven't ever watched Spain Speaks (in English by an Australian), do a search on Youtube. He has a couple of segments on buying a flat in Spain, and special advice on new builds.)
