Passport updated in jawazat

You have to inform your company HR or GRO upon receipt of SMS that your profile has been updated at Al-Jawazat successfully. But due to current issue of COVID-19, the release of your iqama ID might be delayed. How long? nobody knows.

My status in SEC says "Is Jawazat Updated  X"
I went to Update Jawazat section and there is an invoice of SAR 100. Perhaps that needs to be paid to update Jawazat.
I am trying to select SEC and inserting that invoice number but it says invalid format of the invoice number is as follows; "REQ-JAW-######"

Can someone advise to whom this invoice is paid?
