E-2 under nationality that wasn't used when I entered US

If now I'm in the US on B1/B2 visa issued in the country that DIDN'T sign the E2 treaty (Russia). In the same time I'm a dual citizen of the country (European Union) that has an E-2 treaty with the United States. Can I change my Russian B1/B2 visa into European E2 inside the US? Both my citizenship countries need to get a visa to go to the US.

I received the visa in Russia, it expires in 2 years.

Is there any opportunity for not waiting 2 years for the visa expiration?

You cannot adjust status from visitor visa country A to investor visa country B. B1/B2 allows up to 180 consecutive days of stay in the US no matter how long the visa itself is valid. You can apply with a valid B1/B2 in the country you are claiming.

Thank you for the reply!

If there any official document where I can find the information regarding the change of the status in case of dual citizenships?

Thanks one more!

What status do you want to change? E2 goes through an approval process at the US consulate in country of origin.  Uscis.gov is the official US site.
