Filipino marriage with a kurd in Turkey

Hi everyone! I'm a Filipino citizen, writing in behalf of my partner, a Kurdish man. We decided to get married in another country because it's difficult for him to get a visa to the Philippines and vice versa. Can anybody please help us if it's possible for us to get married in Turkey? Thanks in advance! We really appreciate any information you can contribute.

If your bf has got a turkish citizenship, it is too easy for marriage. He will prepare just some legal document and thats it.

Hi! Unfortunately, he hasn't got a Turkish citizenship. We'll only go there as tourists.
