Hi, my daughter will be joining us soon in Khobar after completing her degree, I wanted to know is it easy for female expats to find jobs there and is getting a work visa easy. Can anyone please advice. What would the procedure be? Really appreciate. Thanks.

No it is not easy for female expats. Professions that female expats can work in, used to be limited / designated in the past e.g. nurses, teachers etc. Nowadays, there is a bit more flexibility but still, employers prefer Saudi females and there are a LOT of them. The government is pushing for them. And it is difficult to get a work visa for a single unmarried female.
And even if she gets a job and a work visa, she will have to exit the Kingdom and go back to home country to complete the formalities to get it stamped. There is no transfer or conversion.
Her best option is to find a job in Bahrain. Can commute for work and live in Khobar.
