My EP has been rejected by the ESD after 7 months. What is the possibility of applying again through some other agency? Please give your suggestions.

Common reasons for rejection are low pay, not a job expats can do, applicant isn't experienced enough and simply not filling in the paperwork properly. I assume you are a prospective employee, so you need to ask your employer. But 7 months?
